It looks as if the World Trade Center will be embracing the Italian part of the world a little bit more.
Eataly will be opening a second New York Italian food emporium at 4 World Trade Center this spring. This 41,000 square foot restaurant fit out was challenging in many ways. This was a small project with all the inspections of a large project. Welding, UT testing, high strength bolting, concrete, masonry, fireproofing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire alarm inspections.
