This project consists of new headquarters for Hudson River Trading on the 57th and 58th floors of 4 World Trade Center in Spring 2017.  Included in the lease is an iconic 5,000 square foot outdoor terrace which was made possible by the 57th floor setback of the Fumihiko Maki designed tower.  HRT will now have sole access to the space, which is already famous for its panoramic views of New York Harbor and the Midtown skyline, and has been used as a location for movie shoots, television commercials, concerts and events.
