The project consists of commissioning the secondary pumps located in the building pump room serving the risers and fan coil units within the building. Each typical pump room consists of three pumps configured to have two pumps running with a stand-by pump. The pumps are controlled via variable speed drives based upon differential pressure in the piping distribution system. All pumps and fan coil units are new, recently installed as part of the central HVAC system upgrade and replacement.
